出现萎缩性咽炎28例，咽干51例，咽部不适49例。

发病高峰期除干燥与萎缩性咽炎在2年～3年时外，余以上5种常见并发症均在半年时

The highest time period of pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis are 2 to 3 years after radiotherapy , others are half one year after radiotherapy

放疗后容易并发放射性咽炎及鼻炎、鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎、干燥与萎缩性咽炎、鼻粘连。

And after radiotherapy are easy to combine with irradiation pharyngitis and rhinitis , nasal sinusitis , secretary otitis media , pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis and nasal synechia .

干燥与萎缩性咽炎在2年～3年时发病率为50.57%。结论：鼻咽癌病人放疗前容易合并分泌性中耳炎及鼻窦炎。

And pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis was 50 57 % after radiotherapy 2 to 3 years Conclusion : The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma are easy to combine with nasal sinusitis and secretary otitis media before radiotherapy .
