Clinical Observation on Treating Chronic Obstructive Disease of Lung at the Acute Exacerbating Period with adding Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and Wuling Powder

方法：采用半随机单盲法将73例患者分为两组，治疗组37例在西医常规治疗的基础上，给予中药苏子降气汤加味治疗；

Methods : 73 cases of pursiness bronchitis were semi-randomly divided into the treatment group ( 37 cases ) and the contrast group ( 36 cases ) .

结论：加用苏子降气汤、五苓散治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期属中医痰湿、痰热蕴肺者有较好的临床疗效。

Conclusions : Better clinical effects can be achieved for chronic obstructive disease of lung at the acute exacerbating period , which were classified into phlegm-dampness and accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung by application of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and Wuling Powder .
