柴胡疏肝散

结论：柴胡疏肝散可明显改善抑郁模型大鼠的抑郁状态，其机制可能与增加海马、额叶、杏仁核区BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达有关。

Chai-hu Shu-gan San can obviously improve depressive state of the rats , its mechanism maybe was by increasing the expression of BDNF and TrkB in hippocampus , amygdala and frontal lobe .

治疗组采用疏肝活血法进行治疗，口服柴胡疏肝散5克，少腹逐瘀汤7克（GMP科学中药药粉）。
