航空运单

信用证不应要求航空运单发致空白抬头及/予以背书。

The Credit should not require AWB to be issued to order and / or to be endorsed .

贵方可能以为这张航空运单是流通单据，但是它是非流通单据，是不可转让的。

You may consider this air waybill as negotiable document , but it is non-negotiable document and cannot be transferred .

每一份并交付并通知买方的航空运单正本、副本、标明运费已付合同号及唛头。

B. Each original and photostated Airway Bill marked freight prepaid , Contract number and shipping mark , consign to and notify the Buyer .

货物到达目的地航空港即可交给申请人，只要证明它的身份，不须交出正本航空运单。

Upon arrivals at the airport of destination , the goods are released to the consignee ( applicant ) upon proof of identity and not by surrendering the original Air Waybill .

航空公司签发的运单或买方的运输代理签发的分运单可以接受。

The HAWB not issued by agent named by the Buyer shall not be acceptable .
