结果：全组无手术死亡，并发膈下脓肿2例，经穿刺置管引流治愈；

Two cases were complicated with subdiaphragmatic abscess and cured by tube drainage .

发生并发症14例（20.0%），其中右胸腔积液6例，肺部感染5例，膈下脓肿2例，胰漏1例，均经保守治疗痊愈。

结果全组手术后发生并发症56例（17.72%），包括胆漏、胆道出血、膈下脓肿等。

Results Postoperative complications occurred in 56 ( 17.72 % ) cases , including biliary fistula , hemobilia , and subdiaphragmatic infections .

术后再发肝出血8例（占32%），膈下脓肿9例（占36%），肝脓肿2例（占8%）。

Secondary liver bleeding showed in 8 cases ( 32 % ), Subphrenic abscess developed in 9 cases ( 36 % ) and liver abcess appeared in 2 cases ( 8 % ) .

胆瘘12例，伤口感染15例，膈下脓肿4例，肺部感染5例，上消化道出血2例，均经积极非手术治疗痊愈。

Bile leak occurred in 12 cases , incision infection 15 , subphrenic abscess 4 , lung infection 5 , and upper gastrointestinal bleeding 2 . All theses complications were cured by non-operative treatment .

术后发生并发症17例（37.8%），并发多器官功能衰竭4例，术后再出血3例，胆漏3例，膈下脓肿3例。

Operative complications occurred in 37.8 % of the patients included 4 cases of multiple organ function failure , 3 cases of hemorrhage , 3 cases of subphrenic infection , 3 cases of bile leakage .

术后声音嘶哑1例，心律失常1例，双侧胸腔积液1例，左侧气胸伴左膈下脓肿1例，5例出现小的颈部吻合口瘘。

After operation , 8 cases suffered from complications , including 1 case of hoarseness , 1 case of cardiac arrhythmia , 1 case of bilateral pleural effusion and 5 cases of anastomotic leakage at neck .

并发症发生率21.5%，计有腹壁切口感染8例，膈下脓肿3例，胆瘘1例，败血症及十二指肠瘘引起死亡各1例。

The incidence of postoperative complication was 21.5 % : incision infection ( 8 cases ), subphrenic abscess ( 3 cases ), biliary fistula ( 1 case ), and septicemia and duodenal fistula which caused the death of the patients ( one each ) .

后14例受者中发生并发症5例：急性排斥反应，肝动脉栓塞，胆漏，左膈下脓肿及肺部感染各1例；

For the later 14 cases , five complications occurred , including acute reject reaction ( 1 case ), hepatic artery thrombosis ( 1 case ), bile leakage ( 1 case ), left subphrenic abscess ( 1 case ), and pulmonary infection ( 1 case ) .
