结果：478例MG中发生肌无力危象40例，发生率为9.6%，全为肌无力危象，无一例胆碱能危象和反拗性危象。

Result : GM crisis occurred in 40 out of 478 patients . The incidence of GM crisis is 9.6 % . Cholinergic crisis cannot be found in those cases .
