Spontaneous subconjunctival hemorrhage is related to glaucoma

结果术后裸眼视力≥05者15眼，占8333%，2眼术后有少量的前房积血及球结膜下出血。

Results Postoperatively , uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 in 15 eyes ( 83.33 % ), hyphema and subconjunctival hemorrhage in two eyes .

结果：术中主要并发症有薄角膜瓣、不完全角膜瓣、游离角膜瓣、角膜瓣偏离中心、层间异物残留、角膜瓣皱褶和结膜下出血等；

The complications during the operation mainly included thin flap , incomplete flap , free flap , decentral flap , foreign body in the interface , flap wrinkle and subconjunctival hemorrhage etc ;

结论视力光感以下、低眼压、球结膜下大量出血、结膜水肿及前房积血为隐匿性巩膜破裂的诊断依据。

Conclusion Visual acuity below light sense , bulbar conjunctival edema , subconjunctival hemorrhage , hypotension and hyphema are the basis of diagnosis .

结果：球后麻醉组中，结膜水肿、结膜下出血及眼睑出血的发生率显著高于表面麻醉组（P0.001），另有2例发生球后出血。

Results : The incidences of chemosis , subconjunctival hemorrhage and eyelid hemorrhage were significantly higher in the retrobulbar group compared with those in the topical group ( P0 001 ) . Two patients had retrobulbar hemorrhage while having retrobulbar injections .

巩膜上腔麻醉的并发症为球结膜水肿、球结膜下出血。
