目的：观察JS-308结肠透析机对慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者，尤其是高龄或不能接受血液透析的CRF患者的疗效。

Objective : To investigate the curative effect of Chronic Renal Failure ( CRF ) patients , especially the elderly ones or the patients of CRF who could not be treated by Hemodialysis .

[结论]选择结肠透析时间80min、插管深度55cm~60cm对难治性腹水治疗效果好。

Conclusion : It is better to choose colon dialysis time of 80 min and cannula depth of 55 cm ~ 60 cm in the treatment for patients with intractable ascites .

[方法]以西医常规治疗的30例为对照组，在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂口服及中药结肠透析的40例为治疗组。
