方法对54例老年膝骨关节炎患者采用海水湿热砂浴治疗，检测治疗前后患者血皮质醇（F）和T&淋巴细胞转化率（LTT），并设20例按摩治疗组对照。
Methods 54 elderly osteoarthritis patients were examined by serum cortisol test ( F ) and T-lymphocyte transformation rate ( LTT ) before and after bath with sea water and sands .
