  1. 目的探讨血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)在筛查孕妇发生自身免疫性甲状腺功能紊乱中的诊断价值。

    Objective To research the clinical value of serum thyroid peroxidase ( TPOAb ) in screening thyroid dysfunction in pregnancy .

  2. 抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)与抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)在甲状腺肿大儿童中阳性率分别为45.2%、38.7%,阳性率与抗体浓度均较对照组明显增高(P<0.01)。

    Positive rate of TPOAb and TGAb were seen in 45.2 % and 38.7 % , respectively among these children with goiter , significantly different from the ones of the control group ( P < 0.01 ) .
