方法：用槟榔提取物干预体外培养的内皮细胞，收集培养上清，用ELISA方法检测内皮细胞分泌一氧化氮（NO）的浓度。

Method : Stimulated the endothelial cells with aqueous areca nut extract ( AANE ) and the cultured medium was aspirated . Then the level of NO produced by endothelial cells was detected by method of ELISA .

Method : Human oral mucosa keratinocytes were isolated , cultured , stimulated with AANE , The supernatant was aspirated and the level of TNF α was detected using radioimmunoassay .
