  1. 严格控制发酵及煎酒时间和温度;

  2. 黄酒灭菌温度有煎酒温度和瓶装酒灭菌温度两种,煎酒温度为85~95℃,瓶装酒灭菌温度为80~88℃。

    There were two kinds of sterilization temperature for yellow rice wine : wine boiling temperature at85 ~ 95 ℃ and bottled wine sterilization temperature at80 ~ 88 ℃ .
