本课题利用四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠动物模型，对火绒草属多种植物进行筛选，选择降血糖活性最强的植物，进一步对该植物进行部位筛选，寻找降血糖有效部位。
The present study screened many Leontopodium plants by the use of mice alloxan diabetes model to select plant with the strongest hypoglycemic activity and made further research on it to find out the active parts .
