对象与方法：收集浙江大学附属第一医院2008年1月1日至2010年1月1日瓣膜置换手术1036例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

Methods : 1036 cases of valve replacement patients were retrospectively in the First affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University from 2008.1.1 to 2010.1.1 .

2型糖尿病组：101例2型糖尿病患者，均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断和分型标准，来自2003年7月-2003年12月在浙江大学附属第一医院内分泌科住院的患者。

Design and methods : A total of 101 patients with type 2 diabetes , as defined by the WHO criteria , were studied .
