It has been shown that : ( 1 ) The accumulate rate is between 0.092-0.129cm/a resulting from AMS dating of sediments in Honghu Lake , and the average accumulate rate is 0.11 cm / a.

通过对洪湖沉积柱样重金属元素Hg，Pb及总有机碳（TOC）沉积通量的研究，揭示了洪湖一百年内，特别是近10年以来重金属污染物的沉积特征与变化。

Sedimentary flux was used to analyze heavy metals including Hg and Pb as well as TOC residues in sedimentary core of Honghu Lake , Hubei Province to reveal heavy metal pollution in this area within 100 years , particularly in recent 10 years .
