方法：收集连续住院患者中符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第2版修订本气功所致精神障碍诊断标准的病例22例，分裂样精神病66例，进行对照分析，并作3年随访。

Method : All cases were inpatients and collected from 1996 to 2000 . Twenty-two patients with mental disorders due to qigong and 66 patients with schizophrenia-like psychosis who met CCMD-2-R criteria and were followed up for 3 years .
