在Visualc++6.0的MFC开发环境中，编写了步进电机控制程序、PLC控制程序和数掘采集程序。并且建立了磁盘文件和数据库，以保存采集到的数据和进行历史统计与查查询。

The step motor control program , PLC control program and data acquisition program are designed in the MFC developing environment of Visual C + + 6.0 . Disk file and database file are created to save acquired data and to carry out history statistic and query .

在软件设计部分，将控制软件划分为几个功能模块，重点对数据采集与处理程序、步进电机控制程序设计进行论述，解决了检测系统的实时性和可靠性问题。

In the design of the software part , the control software is divided into several modules . The program of data acquisition and stepping motor control is discussed and the real-time problem and reliability of the testing system is resolved .

最后，通过MotionLogic软件编程，开发了步进电机速度控制程序。
