我国机动车运行安全技术条件标准的修订情况及其分析

Revision and Analysis of Safety Specification Standards for Chinese Motor Vehicles Operation

《机动车运行安全技术条件》规定：机动车直线行驶时，其前后轴中心的连线与行驶轨迹的中心线应一致。

《 Safety Conditions of motor vehicles 》 provisions : The connection of the front and rear axle center and driving the centerline of the track should be consistent when the motor vehicle keep going straight .

目前，我国实行机动车定期安全检测制度对上路机动车的技术状况进行判定，其中关于车辆制动性能的合格判定是依据GB7258-2004《机动车运行安全技术条件》中的技术要求。

At present , China has adopted the regular inspection of motor vehicle safety system to determine the technical conditions . Braking performance eligibility is determined by national vehicle safety technical standard ( GB7258-2004 ) .
