目的探讨未产妇药物流产与人工流产对再妊娠的影响因素。

[ Objective ] To discuss the influence of early drug miscarriage and artificial miscarriage on reproduction .

目的：探讨未产妇无痛人工流产（以下简称无痛人流）的原因及预防措施。

Objective : To investigate the reasons of painless abortion in unproductive women and their preventive measures .

副反应有轻度恶心15.38%，呕吐9.6%，下腹疼痛9.6%，无过敏反应，可适用于早期妊娠各孕周及子宫畸形或宫颈狭窄的未产妇。

The side effect included mild nausea 15.38 % , vomiting 9.6 % and lower abdomenal pain 9.6 % . There was no allergic reaction . The procedure is simple and easy to do .

结果：筛查出获得性子宫畸形122例，其中发生于剖宫产后49例（1.28%），阴道分娩后31例（0.25%），流产后（未产妇）42例（0.35%）。

Results : 122 cases of postnatal uterine deformity were obtained 49 cases took place after caesarean section ( 1 . 28 % ), 31 cases after vaginal delivery ( 0 . 25 % ), 42 cases after abortion ( in unlabour women ) ( 0 . 35 % ) .
