更年期功血

方法：应用B超对206例更年期功血患者的子宫内膜厚度进行监测，根据子宫内膜厚度及阴道出血时间分为A、B、C、D4组。

Methods : 206 cases of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients which were undertaken monitoring endometrium thickness by B-ultrasonometry . All cases were divided into 4 teams of A , B , C and D according to the endometrium thickness and vagina bleeding time .

方法：将50例更年期功血病者分为两组，单纯孕激素治疗组25例和刮宫加孕激素治疗组25例，统计归纳两组数据。

Methods : 50 patients with climacterium dysfunction uterine bleeding were selected and divided into pure progestin treatment group and curettage plus progestin treatment group .

结论：米非司酮治疗更年期功血效果好，不良反应少，复发率低，是一种理想的药物治疗方法，值得推广。

方法随机选择120例更年期功血患者分为微波治疗组及激素治疗组，微波治疗组用国产微波治疗仪治疗，激素治疗组予妇宁片或妇康片治疗6个月。

Methods : 120 cases were divided into microwave group and hormone group randomly . 60 cases in microwave group were treated with the microwave instrument made in China and 60 cases in hormone group were treated with the megestrol acetate or the norlutin for 6 months .
