  3. 方法采用随机扩增引物DNA(RAPD)法,筛选适于鉴别湖北贝母、暗紫贝母的随机引物。

    Methods Random primers suitable for the distinguishment between Fritillaria hupehensis and Fritillaria unibracteata were screened out with the adoption of the random amplified polymorphic DNA ( RAPD ) technique .

  4. 结果总共筛选了20条随机引物,得到一条引物S1能准确区分湖北贝母、暗紫贝母,并且其特异性非常高。

    Results 20 random primers were screened out in total and one of which , the primer S1 , was shown to accurately distinguish between Fritillaria hupehensis and Fritillaria unibracteata with very high specificity .
