  1. 白茶初制基本工艺是萎凋、烘焙(或阴干)、拣剔、复火等工序。

    White basic process is the withering of primary processing , baking ( or dried ), soliciting tick , multiple thermal and other processes .

  2. 先把新鲜的叶子摊开晾四五个小时,然后再根据特定的温度发酵一定的时间,接着就是拣剔和烘干的程序了。

    Upon spreading the new leaves out for four or five hours and de-enzyming according to a certain temperature and time , then comes the trimming and drying processes .
