本文用抗碱血红蛋白法测定了39例急性白血病患儿胎儿血红蛋白（HBF）含量。
Abstract : Fetal hemoglobin ( HbF ) level was examined by the alkali denaturation test in 39 children with acute leukemia .

其他有：血红蛋白抗碱试验、血红蛋白电泳试验均异常，HbA2升高、红细胞酸洗脱试验异常、红细胞脆性试验降低，骨穿检查显示：增生性溶血性贫血。
Anti-alkaline hemoglobin test and hemoglobin electrophoresis test are abnormal . And HBA2 arised-Erythrocyte acid elution method is abnormal . The fragility test of erythrocyte reduced .
