  1. 结论:本实验选用淋巴组织,抗原修复液选择pH7.0,8.0柠檬酸盐缓冲液均优于其它pH值,其中pH8.0染色效果最佳。

    Conclusions : Antigen retrieval effect is better in the solution of pH 7.0,8.0 than in that of pH 6.0.The best effect needs pH 8.0 sodium citrate solution .
