方法：报告5例采用颅面联合切除方法治疗腮腺肿瘤、颧骨巨细胞瘤和三叉神经恶性神经鞘瘤。

Methods : Five cases of parotid gland tumor , zygomatic giant cell tumor and malignant neurilemmoma were treated with combined craniofacial resection .

患儿女性，主因右股骨恶性神经鞘瘤术后3年，瘤段切除术和大段同种异体骨移植术后产生病理性骨折入院治疗。

A female child patients , who caused right femur malignant schwannomas after 3 years , tumor section resection and allograft allografts postoperative produce pathologic fracture to the hospital for treatment .

结论异位性错构瘤性胸腺瘤是非常罕见的良性肿瘤，应与双向性滑膜肉瘤、恶性神经鞘瘤、皮肤附件或涎腺起源的混合瘤、胸腺脂肪瘤以及梭形细胞胸腺瘤相鉴别。

Biphasic synovial sarcoma , malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor , mixed tumors of skin adnexal or salivary gland origin , thymolipoma , and spindle cell thymoma should be differentiated from EHT .
