北京市副市长张工指出，从8月28日到9月4日，将对京、津、冀、晋、蒙、鲁、豫七省区市的发电厂，以及工业活动采取限制措施。
Beijing and Tianjin , along with the provinces of Hebei , Shanxi , Shandong and Henan , and Inner Mongolia region will limit industrial , power plant and construction activity from August 28 to September 4 , said Zhang Gong , the capital 's vice mayor .
