开牙合

方法对14例前牙开牙合的患者应用摇椅形弓丝同时配合前牙区垂直牵引进行矫治，通过分析矫治前后X线头颅定位侧位片，评价其矫治效果。

Methods Fourteen cases of anterior open bite were selected , and treated with reverse-curve arch wire , meanwhile with vertical elastics at the anterior part .

通过对正畸治疗和外科治疗成功的病例进行比较分析，探讨恒牙期前牙开牙合者正畸治疗和外科治疗引起的颅面形态的变化所在。

Objective In this study , we compared permanent anterior open bite cases treated successfully with orthodontic and surgery to discuss what morphologic changes happened in the craniofacial complex .

结果：Pendulum矫治器能够远中移动上颌磨牙致磨牙关系为Ⅰ类或偏近中，未见开牙合及明显前牙支抗丧失。

Results : The Pendulum appliance moved the molars distally to super class ⅰ relationship without creating dental or skeletal bite opening and with little incisor anchorage loss .

方法：用MEAW技术对12例不同类型的开牙合畸形病例进行矫正。

Methods : 12 cases of various open bite were treated by MEAW technique .

结果：20例前牙开牙合患者均取得了满意的疗效。

Gratified results were achieved in all cases .

结论同时进行下颌骨的延长与加宽，使下颌骨表现为开牙合的位移趋势。

Conclusions Open bite displacement may occur while lengthening and widening the mandible simultaneously .

稳定期开牙合逐渐关闭，髁状突逐渐向正常位置移动。

B - closed Spaces During the consolidation period , the open bite gradually closed , and the condylar process gradually moved to normal position .

结果：研究组以AngleII类错牙合为主，上下前牙拥挤，前牙开牙合，上颌前突明显高于对照组。

Result : Angle class II division 1 , open bite , up and low incisor crowding , protrusion were higher in study group than control group .

结论开牙合个体相对于正常牙合个体舌位置有向前、向上的变化特点，这可能是开牙合的病因之一。

Conclusion The open bite 's tongue position is characterized by more upward and more forward and this position may be one of the causes of open bite .

结果经过18～24个月矫治，11例前牙开牙合患者牙齿排列整齐，无间隙，前牙形成覆牙合覆盖关系，外貌协调。

Results After 18 ~ 24 months , there are 11 patients ' teeth arrangement were corrected in order and gapless , overbite and overjet come into being their appearance harmony .
