在温湿度独立控制的原理基础之上，根据西北地区的气候特点，提出了干式风机盘管与蒸发冷却相结合的半集中式空调系统，并对该系统的设计过程进行了分析。

A new semi-central air conditioning system of evaporative cooling and fan-coil unit in dry coil is presentsed based on the independent temperature and humidity control theory .

分别对风机盘管新风系统、蒸发冷却干式风机盘管系统、蒸发冷却辐射空调系统三种半集中式空调系统进行设计、投资费用、运行费用的计算，然后进行分析对比。

Three kinds of half-centralized air-conditioning systems are designed , which are systems of fan-coil unit and fresh air , evaporative cooling and fan-coil unit in dry coil , evaporative cooling and radiant air-conditioning , and compared the investment costs , operating costs .
