左前斜位时，随着角度增大，右冠状动脉主干逐渐伸展；

Form left anterior oblique view , the main part of RCA had a extending trend with the enlargement of angle ;

≥43mm时，选择6cm大小的导管。但若左前斜位升主动脉较窦部明显增宽时.则在上述寻管型号的基础上增加1号。

However , if there was unproportional aortic dilatation in left anterior oblique projection , the selected size of catheter should be increased by 1 gauge .

方法：透视、站立胸腹联合正位、左前斜位（10°、45°）。
