方法对30例导尿病人在导尿期间，每隔2～3d，同时采集集尿袋与导尿管中的尿液进行细菌培养和药敏试验。
Methods The urine of 30 patients with indwelling urethral catheter was taken both from the collecting bag and catheter at 2-3 days interval for culture of becteria and drug sensitivity test .

方法：对比不同的尿液前处理方法，用动态浊度法测定尿中内毒素含量。用已建立的方法考察泌尿系统疾病患者尿液中内毒素的含量，并与尿液细菌培养结果进行对比。
METHODS The turbidimetric-kinetic assay was used by contrasting the differences of pretreatment of urine , the result of determination was contrasted with the result of bacteria culture .
