  1. 根据热力耦合有限元分析、结合实际生产条件确定了多向精锻工艺参数的最佳配置:始锻温度430℃、凸模挤压速率30mm/s、模具温度250℃。

    Due to the finite element analysis and actual production conditions , the best forging process parameters were determined : initial forging temperature 430 ℃, the punch rate 30mm / s and the die temperature 250 ℃ .

  2. 随着始锻温度的升高,钢质制动盘成形过程的变形力逐渐减小。

    With increasing of the initial forging temperature , deformation force of steel brake disc decreases .

    When forging , the beginning forging temperature has been controlled to be 1 150 ℃, and the end forging temperature to be 920 ℃, then according to the correct process the annealing , quenching and tempering has been proceeded as well .
