报告6例Galen大脑大静脉瘤样畸形的诊断及介入治疗。

The diagnosis and interventional therapy in 6 cases with the vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation was reported .

方法：参照47例患者脑颈内动脉、大脑大静脉时间密度曲线，选择16s和28s为脑动、静脉成像扫描延迟时间。

Methods : 16s and 28s protocol for cerebral CTA and CTV was proposed according to the time density curves of internal carotid artery ( ICA ) and Galen vein of 47 volunteers .

Galen静脉（大脑大静脉）是脑静脉系统的重要组成部分，主要引流大脑深部的静脉血流，有报道该部位血栓形成的发生率约占脑静脉系统血栓形成的11%。

Galen of vein ( Great cerebral vein ), which is an important proportion of cerebral venous system , drain the deep venous blood of the cerebrum . It is reported eleven percent of the cerebra venous thrombosis is the thrombosis of great cerebral vein .

引流静脉向大脑大静脉或横窦引流者7例，向深浅两个方向引流者4例。

Cases with venous drainage drained into transverse sinus and Galen 's vein , and 4 cases into deep and superficial draining veins .

扣带后静脉，多半为1条，沿胼胝体沟后行，注入大脑大静脉。

The posterior cingulate vein is usually singular in number and courses along the callosal sulcus , runs backward and downward , ends in the great cerebral vein .

结果受累的脑静脉和静脉窦有上矢状窦9例，横窦5例，直窦3例，乙状窦2例，大脑大静脉合并大脑内静脉2例。

Results The involved cerebral veins and sinuses included superior sagittal sinus in 9 cases , transverse sinus in 5 cases , straight sinus in 3 cases , sigmoid sinus in 2 cases , Galen vein plus internal cerebral vein in 2 case .

1例为原发性，大脑后动脉直接通入大脑大静脉。

One case was primary and the great vein received blood shunted from the posterior cerebral artery .

背侧的静脉血管主要是大脑背侧静脉，腹侧静脉血管主要是基底静脉等，脑深层的静脉血管包括胼胝体静脉、大脑大静脉、大脑内静脉及其分支等。

The dorsal vein is dorsal vein of the brain , ventral vein including the basal vein , etc. deep cerebral veins , including the vein of the corpus callosum , great cerebral vein , middle cerebral vein and its branches .
