几乎所有患者皆有短时大便带血。
Almost all patients had short-term blood in the stool .

结果术后随访6月至10年，4例患者无便血，2例患者有少量的间歇性大便带血。
Results : Followed-up for6 months to10 years , 4 patients had no further anal bleeding and2 patients had minor intermittent anal bleeding .

观察两组在术后3个月时排便次数、便质、肛门坠胀、排便不尽情况，同时观察有无大便带血、腹痛、腹胀情况。
Were observed at 3 months after defecation , then quality , anus bulge , defecation not the case , while observing whether the stool , abdominal pain , bloating situation .

术后出血有11例为大便时手纸带血，均仅加用止血药1-3d，未行特殊处理，出血可自行停止，术后大出血1例在鞍麻下经肛镜缝扎止血成功。
Minor bleeding in 11 cases ceased without special treatment , only one patient , who had massive bleeding , was treated by reoperation .
