叙述了用多晶氧化铝纤维和高铝纤维制成的混合纤维段制品的生产工艺。

The blended fiber product is made from polycrystalline fiber and high alumina fiber , which can stand for high temperature of 1350 ℃ for long term ;

以80%氧化铝纤维为主要原料，加入其它原料和结合剂制成多晶氧化铝纤维砖及用80%氧化铝纤维和高铝纤维制成混合纤维毡，代替均热炉砂封.密封炉口，应用效果良好。

As sand seal in soaking pit , the materials consists of polycrystal alumina fibre block ( made from 80 % alumina fibre with other materials and binder ) and the blended fibre blanket ( with 80 % alumina fibre ) . Good application results have been obtained .

本产品使用高温度可以达到1750℃，是我国目前硅酸铝、多晶莫来石、氧化铝纤维等轻质材料无法达到的。

The application temperature can be high as17500C which is not available for aluminium silicate , polycrystal mullite , alumina based ceramic fiber or any other light weight brick in the market .
