本文通过分析我国农业和农村发展趋势，结合参予《国家杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区规划设计》实践，就现代农业的发展对城乡关系所产生的作用与影响进行探究。

Through analyzing Chinese agriculture and its develpment tendency , based on the case study of the planning practice in " Yanglin-Model District of Natinal Agricultural Hightech Industrial Development ", this paper studies the function of modern agricultural development and its influence to traditional relationship between urban and countryside .

随着杨凌作为国家唯一的农业高新技术产业示范区的建设和发展，区内工业用水和生活用水急剧增加，水资源短缺问题日益突出。

With the construction and development of the area , water used in industry and living increase sharply , so that water resources shortage is serious day by day .
