目前我国学界尚无人对商标权主体问题有过系统、详细的介绍，仅有的一些学术观点呈现零散不成体系的状态。

Until now , no scholars at home have given systematic and detailed researches on trademark . And we just have some scattered and immethodical viewpoints .

目前世界各国关于商标权主体问题的规定不一，没有统一的标准或规范，但国外立法关于商标权主体的规定仍然对我国的立法及司法实践有一定的借鉴意义。

Now the regulations about the trademark subject vary in different countries , there are no unified standards or specifications in this field . While the main legislative provisions on trademark abroad still could act as references for the legislation and judicial practice in China .
