Methods Yintang ( EX-HN 3 ) was stimulated at the same time of singing , and changes of expanding and unifying of the vocal range of the subject were investigated .

针刺组给予针刺预防性治疗，选取百会及印堂穴并加电针刺激，隔日1次，4周为1个疗程，共3个疗程；束缚组给予与针刺组小鼠同等强度和时间的束缚。
