Objective To examine the imaging of skin and cutaneous nerve of herpes zoster patients at eruptive stage , and find the imaging evidence for early diagnosis .

结论高频超声检测出疹期带状疱疹患者皮肤和皮神经有异常声像图表现，为进一步研究提供了试验依据，为临床早期诊断、减少误诊提供了影像学依据。

Conclusion At eruptive stage of zoster , skin and cutaneous nerve had abnormal ultrasonic findings . The results provided the imaging evidence for early clinical diagnosis and reducing misdiagnosis of herpes zoster .
