乳头血性溢液的诊断和治疗（附35例临床分析）

The diagnosis and cure of teat mastorrhagia ( Including 35 cases of clinical analysis )

方法对1994～1996年经我院手术治疗以乳头血性溢液为首发症状的32例患者进行回顾性分析。

Methods : 32 cases of nipple bloody discharge diagnosed and treated in our hospital between 1994-1996 were retrospectively studied .

对检测不可触及的乳腺癌，应强调钼靶的重要性，超声、钼靶和乳头血性溢液的检测应互补联合诊断。

The importance of mammography should be emphasized on in the detection of breast cancer which can not be touched . Ultrasonography , mammography and bloody nipple discharge testing should be joint in complementary diagnosis .

另1例，有乳头血性溢液6＋月，临床未扪及肿块，红外线扫描可见乳晕上方血管增粗，突然中断，诊断为乳癌。

The other patient of cancer without palpable mass but with nipple bloody discharge for 6 months was discovered upper areola vein thickening and sudden occlusion by infrared scanning , while X-ray film and echography showed negative results .

方法对128例乳头溢液（血性溢液52例，非血性溢液76例）行导管造影，根据造影情况决定治疗方法。

Methods 128 cases of breast secretion patient ( bloody secretion 52 cases and non bloody secretion 76 cases ) were underwent catheterization graph and treatment method was selected with the results .
