本文报告了我院20年来收治的32例乳腺结核。

32 cases of tuberculosis of breast were treated in our hospital in the past 20 years .

方法对被误诊的9例经手术病理证实为乳腺结核的病人进行回顾性分析。

Methods 9 cases of mammary tuberculosis proved by operation and pathology misdiagnosed as other diseases were retrospectively analyzed .

Tuberculosis of the breast is a rare malady . The clinician may confuse tuberculosis of the breast with either carcinoma or breast abscess .

目的：研究乳腺结核的超声声像图特点及诊断价值。方法：回顾分析5例乳腺结核的临床特征及X线钼靶照片等表现。

Methods : The pathological diagnosis and therapy were analysed retrospectively in the 5 cases with breast tuberculosis , and their clinical manifestations and radiagraphs were studied .

巨细胞可以出现在乳头溢液的切片中，可能与良性乳腺疾病如结核或者其他肉芽肿性炎症相关。

Giant cells can be seen in nipple discharge specimens , they can be associated with underlying benign breast diseases such as tuberculosis or other granulomatous inflammation .

临床触及肿块40例，其病理结果：纤维腺瘤25例、乳腺囊性增生症4例、乳腺腺病3例、乳腺结核1例、乳腺囊肿7例。

The results of pathology were respectively fibroadenoma 5 cases , adenosis 1 case , and fibroadenoma 25 cases , cyst hyperplasia 4 cases , adenosis 3 cases , tuberculosis 1 case , cyst 7 cases .
