通过对中学数学教学能力结构的分析，指出中学数学教学技能与中学数学教学能力之间的关系，提出教学技能训练在提高《数学教育学》教学质量中所起的积极作用。
The structure of abilities in mathematics teaching is analyzed first , and then the relations between teaching skills and teaching abilities are discussed . Finally it is concluded that the training teaching skills play a positive part in improving the teaching of Pedagogy of Mathematics .
