METHODS : From June 1997 to June 2003 , 29 patients with big intrathoracic tumors were treated by SCRT .

方法：1997年6月～2003年6月，29例胸腔大肿瘤患者接受SCRT。

Results Except 2 cases of bone sarcoma in pelvis tumor volume reduced by at least 1 / 2 on CT imaging after SCRT .

结果除2例骨盆骨肉瘤外，余57例恶性肿瘤治疗后CT复查，体积缩小>1/2。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy ( SCRT ) on 30 cases of thalamic and brainstem tumors .

目的分析评价立体定向适形放疗（SCRT）对丘脑和脑干区肿瘤的疗效。

OBJECTIVE : To report the preliminary results of patients with big intrathoracic tumors treated by stereotactic conformal radiotherapy ( SCRT ) and discuss the effective factors .

目的：报道立体定向适形放疗（stereotacticconformalradiotherapy，SCRT）技术对胸腔大肿瘤患者治疗结果，讨论影响因素。

CONCLUSION : SCRT was an effective method for big intrathoracic tumor . However , patient 's state , pathology style , radiotherapy dose and other factors impact the curative effect .

结论：SCRT是治疗胸腔大肿瘤的有效手段，治疗效果受患者状况、病理类型和放疗剂量等因素影响。

Twenty five patients with brainstem area tumor were treated by means of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy ( SCRT ) between Oct. 1997 and Apr. 2002 . In these patients , 6 accepted conventional radiotherapy , 7 accepted operation before SCRT and 12 accepted only SCRT .

1997年10月~2002年4月用立体定向适形放疗（stereotacticconformalradiotherapy，SCRT）技术治疗的脑干区肿瘤25例。6例为常规照射加SCRT，7例为手术后SCRT，12例单独SCRT。
