方法：分析20例（24次MR扫描）经手术病理证实的肢体软组织肉瘤的MRI资料。

Methods : 20 cases ( 24 episodes MR scan ) with surgically and pathologically proven soft tissue sarcomas were studied .

结果：Southern杂交检出4例标本呈mdm2扩增，3例为成骨肉瘤，1例为腺泡样软组织肉瘤；

目的：评价屏障切除术治疗复发性软组织肉瘤（STS）的疗效。

PTEN基因第8外显子可能与恶性纤维组织细胞瘤以及腺泡状软组织肉瘤的发生有一定关系。

PTEN gene exon 8 may be associated with malignant fibrous histiocytoma and alveolar soft tissue sarcoma which have a certain relationship between the occurrence .

结论：动脉局部插管改良MAID方案持续灌注化疗在晚期软组织肉瘤中近期疗效较高，毒性反应较大，但无化疗毒性相关死亡病例，值得进一步临床观察。

Conclusion : The response rate of modified MAID arterial infusion for advanced soft tissue sarcoma was good efficacy and high toxicities and more prospective studies are needed .

背景：恶性纤维组织细胞瘤（MFH）是成人最常见的软组织肉瘤。

BACKGROUND : Malignant fibrous histiocytoma ( MFH ) is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in adults .

结论：MRI动态增强扫描能较好地显示软组织肉瘤的恶性征象，结合肿瘤的生长方式、形态特征以及临床资料，有助于判定肿瘤的良恶性。

Conclusion : MRI could show the malignant feature of the tumors and dynamic scan was superior to static one , and is helpful in differentiation of benign and malignant tumors combined with tumor 's growing way 、 shape and clinic data .

结果：1.PTEN基因突变检测结果：86例软组织肉瘤中检测2例PTEN基因第8外显子的突变（2.3%），其余病例均未检测到突变。

PTEN gene mutation test results : 86 cases of soft tissue sarcoma detected two cases of PTEN gene exon 8 mutation ( 2.3 % ), and the remaining cases the mutation was not detected .

结论快中子治疗软组织肉瘤可以取得较好的局部控制，中子、光子混合照射有可能改善疗效，不能手术或术后残留的G1或G2级肿瘤适用于快中子治疗，放射反？

Mixed neutron / photon beam irradiation may improve the results over neutron alone . Unresectable or residual G1 / G2 tumor after resection are indicated for neutron therapy . The side effects of this treatment is acceptable .
