目的：探讨甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF）调变5－氟脲嘧啶（5－FU）对不同胃癌原代细胞株的增殖抑制效应。

Background / Aims : To evaluate the regulatory effect of calcium folinate ( CF ) on 5-fluorouracil ( 5-FU ) against human gastric cancer cell .

目的观察以高剂量甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF）与氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期肿瘤的疗效。

PURPOSE To observe the curative effects obtained from combined chemotherapy of late malignant tumors with high-dose CF and 5-FU used as amain drug .

方法33例晚期大肠癌患者，均以甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF）与5氟脲嘧啶（5Fu）联合化疗加健脾和胃、益气养血中药治疗。

Methods 33 patients with advanced carcinoma of large intestine were treated by CF / 5 Fu combined with traditional Chinese medicine .

术后1周，给予5Fu500mg/M2，CF（甲酰四氢叶酸钙）30mg或300mg/M2，静注，每日1次，共5d，以后每月1次，共5～6次；

Fu 500 mg / m 2 , CF ( Leucovorin ) 30mg / m 2 or 300 mg / m 2 , iv qd for five times one week after operation ;

目的观察羟基喜树碱（HCPT）、甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF）、5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）联合治疗恶性消化道肿瘤的近期疗效及毒副反应。
