文章对十年间我国主要信息产业的产值与GNP及工业总产值进行了环比分析，提出了我国信息产业发展过程中的环比增长理论的波动特点。
In this paper , the analysis and comparison of the output value of China 's major information industries with GNP and industrial output value during 1983-1992 are carried out . The fluctuating characteristic of ratio growth is put forward in the development of information industry in China .
