接尘作业工人慢性上呼吸道炎患病率高，较对照组有显著性意义，尘肺患病率高达3.29%，尘肺种类既有矽肺也有水泥尘肺。

尘肺结核的合并率为12.96%，其中以水泥尘肺、三期尘肺和死亡病例所占比例最高，分别为15.57%，19.09%和20.54%。

The rate of complicated pulmonary tuberculosis with pneumoconiosis was 12 96 % . The highest rates of complicated tuberculosis with pneumoconiosis were in cement lung , stage ⅲ and dead cases . They were 15.57 % , 19.09 % and 20.54 % , respectively .
