10～40mg·kg-1·d-1戊地昔布增加肿瘤细胞的凋亡率，从对照组的19.1%增加到23.1%～29.1%。但对细胞周期分布没有影响。
10 ~ 40 mg · kg - 1 · d - 1 Valdecoxib increased the apoptosis rate from 19.1 % in control group to 23.1 % ~ 29.1 % , and did not affect the distribution of cell cycle .
