实验测试表明：该棱镜透射的2束平行光的消光比，o光可达1-05；尽管受到光学玻璃的影响，e光的消光比仍优于1-03；
The experiment shows the extinction ratio of o light is better than 10-5 , that of e light is better than 10-3 although it is influenced by the optical glass , and the transmittance of the combination is basically the same as that of the pure Iceland spar prism .
