我们研究27例肝炎病人血清、外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）及肝脏中GBV-C/HGV正链及负链RNA（复制中间体）的存在状况。

We have studied the presence of plus-and minus-stranded ( replicative intermediate ) GBV-C / HGV RNA in serum , liver , and peripheral blood mononuclear cells ( PBMCs ) from 27 patients .
