目的了解龙门县家栖鼠对抗凝血杀鼠剂的抗药性。

Objective To study the resistance of domestic rodents to anticoagulant rodenticide in Longmen County .

坐落在广东省惠州市龙门县东北部瑶山脚下，是龙门北大门，有一个蓝田瑶族乡。

Being located in Guangdong province , in the Northeast of Long Men town , there is a Lantian village which belongs to the Yao .

方法按全国鼠类抗药性监测协作组统一方法，对龙门县城区内所捕捉的55只褐家鼠、20只黄胸鼠进行无选择性摄毒抗药性监测。

Methods Fifty-five Rattus norvegicus and 20 Rattus flavipectus were captured in Longmen area and their resistance to rodenticide was monitored based on the procedure recommended by the National Collaborating Group for monitoring resistance of rodent to rodenticide .
